Hampton’s bond was publicly sold and reported as “well oversubscribed”, mostly by funds with environmental, social and governance mandates that are not named [MS]. Buffalo’s bond carries an outcomes-based call feature tied to replacing at least 200 acres of impervious surface by 2028 [MS].
