Visual Capitalist (2025, 24 February). “Mapped: Home Affordability Trends in OECD Countries Since 2015.”

The map draws on the OECD house price data explorer and reports, for each country, the change in the ratio of nominal house prices to net household disposable income per person from 2015 to the third quarter of 2024 (Canada, fourth quarter). Values used by the wiki: Canada +37 percent, the United States +30, Australia +22, Japan +12, Germany +7, the United Kingdom +5, France −6 and Italy −13. It is a secondary compilation; the wiki cites it in What GDP Leaves Out for the housing column and recommends checking the values against the OECD source, summarized in OECD Affordable Housing Database: Housing Prices.
