His work with Jose Ramos on “Placing the Commons in a Temporal Framework: The Commons as a Planetary Regeneration Mechanism” extends the commons frame from a governance model to a temporal and ecological one, arguing that commons-based institutions are the organizational form suited to the regenerative phase of civilizational development.
