OECD (2024). How’s Life? 2024: Well-being and Resilience in Times of Crisis. Paris: OECD Publishing.
The report applies the OECD Well-being Framework, which pairs indicators of current wellbeing with the natural, human, economic and social capital that sustain it, to member countries through the pandemic and the inflation that followed. It found that average real disposable household income had not fallen significantly below its pre-pandemic level in any OECD country by 2022. The wiki cites it in What GDP Leaves Out as counterevidence on household income, and as an official framework that measures stocks beside flows.
