Andrews, P. (2006). Back from the Brink: How Australia’s Landscape Can Be Saved. ABC Books.

Andrews’s book-length account of the Natural Sequence Farming method: a landscape rehydration approach based on restoring natural floodplain function using leaky weirs and strategic planting to slow water flow through degraded landscapes, allowing floodplains to re-wet and riparian vegetation to re-establish. Applied on severely degraded grazing land in New South Wales, the method produced visible landscape recovery within years.
